How to Check Criminal Records in Windsor

Windsor JustFOIA Request Route
Use JustFOIA for current police criminal-justice requests. Crash reports use a separate crashdocs.org route and require the full case number, an involved person's last name, and accident date. General Town CORA requests go to the Town Clerk, not Police Records.
Reports generally are unavailable within 14 days of the incident, and Windsor asks requesters to allow three business days for a response. Active investigation, redaction, storage, or archive destruction can delay or prevent release. Denials are provided in writing.
Arrests and Bookings in Windsor
Windsor has no advertised town jail roster. A person arrested by Windsor Police may be booked into Larimer County Jail or a Weld County facility. For a Larimer-side booking, search the LCSO booking report by arrest date and choose Windsor Police as the agency. Otherwise use the Weld custody system.

Windsor Town or State Case
Municipal Court remains a town-level custodian on both sides of the county line. A state criminal case belongs to the county and district where it was filed. Read the court printed on the citation.
