Need an Official Record?
Use these official Larimer County and Colorado routes:
- Court case files: use the Combined Courts clerk at 201 LaPorte Avenue, Suite 100, Fort Collins, 970-494-3500, or the Loveland County Court clerk at 810 East 10th Street, Suite 110, 970-622-2100
- Colorado repository history: contact the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Biometric Identification and Records Unit
- Arrest, booking, and sheriff reports: contact LCSO Records at 970-498-5110 or sheriffreports@larimer.org
- Official state checks: order through CBI's ICHC or Colorado Applicant Background Services channel
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Adult sealing or juvenile expungement: use the Colorado Judicial forms and file with the court that handled the case
The primary sheriff counter is LCSO Records Department, 2501 Midpoint Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525, 970-498-5110. Its lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. LCSO cannot supply an official court disposition.
