How to Check Criminal Records in Loveland

The Loveland Police Department

Loveland Police Versus NextRequest
Loveland launched NextRequest in October 2024 for ordinary municipal records. Police case reports are excluded. Sending criminal-justice material through the city clerk route can delay a search because the two custodians apply different laws.
The ordinary CORA route typically responds in three working days and may extend to ten total. Do not apply that timetable to LPD review. Active investigations, redaction, and prosecutor review can affect release.

Municipal Court in Suite 200 owns town cases, and the District Attorney in Suite 210 handles prosecution material. Carry the agency number, ticket number, and case number between counters because staff cannot release a neighboring office's file.

Request the judgment, dismissal, or certified conviction that answers the exact question. A booking entry and the original police allegation cannot prove the later municipal result.
